Next Months Goals:

1) Improve Lane Effectiveness:
Perhaps revisiting laning basics or use more calculated aggression to improve my gameplay when laning.

2) Reduce Average Deaths per Game: 
Dying due to indecisiveness or lack of awareness is bad. The only "acceptable" deaths are those that are calculated or due to great plays by the opponent.

3) Reduce Negative Contribution Score:  
By improving self control and discipline I can keep my team in a game that we would otherwise lose or continue winning a game where we are ahead. In other words, don't "lose hard."
